ok so you think the card only uses slot for power...
then 16pin DIP to tap signal from the MB...  but there are
no socketed 16 pinners on a ROM1 or ROM3 GS MB,
but plenty on the IIe..

why would you want to drive a LCD from the Apple II,
but having external video input?....  DB connector
to an RGB card?  or the IIgs RGB output?
