Is my RAMFast Rev C card dead?

        I just recently got a RAMFast Rec C 3.0 card.  I put it in a
slot and plugged in the hard drive.  Turn on the machine and it sat
there scanning the SCSI bus.  Then I re-started the machine holding
down the 0 key to get in to the ROM.  It told me configuration error.

      So I turned off the machine unplugged the SCSI drive and turned
on the machine holding the 0 down.  Booted in the ROM and it still said
configuration error.  So I went into the settings, and looked at the
setup of the card.  It was set up for a Transwarp GS.  I set that to no
and clicked on save.  But it just sat there for 5 minutes, so I
restarted the machine.  Now it crashes in to Monitor every boot.

   Is this card broken or can it be saved some how?
