Probably not much at this stage of time. :) Well, anybody can have a dream 
right? - a US$100 for a VGA connection to connect to a VGA monitor (for 
existing Super Hires) probably is too expensive as it is just being viewed as a 
"connector". But if it comes with some extras and can be done with a reasonable 
price range, then it is something else.

To answer your question - if it has the ability to display JPEG fast, probably 
a full screen web browser will be a good choice.
