You only need one for all of your LocalTalk-only machines.  Mine has a IIGS
and a Color Classic hanging off of it.  Pick up some PhoneNet adapters off
of eBay and you can use phone cords between machines.  IIRC, PhoneNet uses
the black & yellow pair, so you might even be able to use your home's phone
wiring to extend LocalTalk networking throughout your home (assuming that
you don't have two phone lines).
