That would be the GatorBox CS, model 10101

That would be the original GatorBox model 10100.

I haven't experienced this myself. Are you able to give more details
about software version being used on the GatorBox?

However, this model does need to be bootstrapped from a Mac everytime
it starts up which is a PITA.
The GatorBox CS does not have this issue as it has onboard flash to
store the firmware.
