Re: 3.5" Drive Repair
Contact js@cimmeri.com - he did a great job cleaning a lubing a couple
drives that I had - work good now.

I read with interest, a few weeks ago, about repair procedures that were
being offered to Mr. Lim.
Now, It is my turn to request some help. I recently acquired a couple
of very clean 3.5" drives (A9M0106). They read very well (haven't tried
a write, yet), but they will not eject. Neither the manual eject button
works, nor will eject signal from the IIGS (the paperclip through the
hole works OK).
Curious to find the same failure on both drives. Can anyone advise
whether this is a potentially easy fix for the curious/adventureous, or
"not really do-able"? A wiring connection, or a bad servomotor (or
something like that).
