The Z80 will most likely need no special software.
Just throw in your CPM disk and run it.

On the 80 column card I would try a pr#3 and see if this is enough to
get it into 80 column mode.
Try software which supports other 80 column cards. I would not be
surprised if this is a kind of videx clone
