Mine came in a ziplock baggie with a cheap 8-page manual, on a DOS 3.2
disk.  Has a 1981 copyright date.  Also came with a "Best of Muse (DOS
3.2/3.3) 1980" diskette and manual.  The "Best of Muse" included were
Tank War, Maze Game, Escape and Music Box, as well as a handful of
mini-games.
