I received a GS-RAM Ultra the other day.  Here's a pic of the card:

Appears that this card will only work in a ROM1 IIgs.  Chances are that the 
socketted GAL by the edge connector marked 'GSUL3A' needs to be changed to 
'GSUL3B'.

I did try the ROM3 GAL in the Ultra to no avail.

Again, if anyone has an Ultra card that works in a ROM3 please contact me. 
I'm also looking for the manual for the Ultra.  Any links would be 
appreciated.  Also feel free to email me the file.
