Yes, I already have this. Without the manual, any Applesoft programmer
cannot just pick it up and go (GSoft BASIC can). There are simply too
many changes.

Now I look forward for GS version manual, even to know what's the
changes from 3.0 to 4.x (or someone can just send the readme to me...)
