Mike,

Am I correct to assume that the MAB GS 4.2 images you have are from
me?  I haven't heard back from you since I sent them a couple of weeks
ago.

The scanning of the manual is coming along slowly.  Currently I have
scanned into pdf 240 pages of 290 that makes up the entire manual.
