There was a site mirror at 'Planet Mirror' but I think this one is gone
now. I don't have a manual for any 8 bit versions of Micol BASIC before
version 4.5. I think that it was only the earlier versions which support
the 64k II environment. And I'm not sure but I think that many of the
micol archives on the file sites are for the 'demo' or utility add on files.
