Here's what they say about the port, used with a mouse:
1 - MOUSE SIGNATURE
2 - +5 volts
3 - ground
4 - X DIR - X direction of mouse
5 - X INT - X interrupt of mouse
6 - N.C. - no connection
7 - MOUSE BUTTON
8 - Y DIR - Y direction of mouse
9 - Y INT - Y interrupt of mouse
