The question was not addressed to me, but I'll offer an opinion anyway :)

With a circuit this simple there is no great need for a tool. For basic
electronic circuits 10% accuracy is adequate. Consider these facts:

1. A (Si) transistor in active mode has a drop of 0.7v base to emmiter
2. Collector current is the same as emmiter current minus roughly 2%

Plus the Ohm's law. Real easy to see what that circuit will do without
even using pen and paper.
"For the rest of us" SPICE is a great and free tool that exists in many forms for many OSs.
