  Something happened (not sure what) no long ago with ship prices from
the USA outwards.   Post Office ground shipping appears no longer
available, with the end result that rates are insanely high now,
everything being Priority or Express, or whatever.   It's on reason as
a small seller on ebay, I stopped international sales.
