I don't have a Transwarp but I do have a Slinky card.
These chips are 80ns which is faster than the 150ns on my card but
that is not a problem. The pin-out & voltage (5V) is the same as the
D41256 and HM50256P parts on my board.
I think they should work but could not guarantee it.
