Hello,

what do you think, could you use these chips for replacing faulty RAM on
a Transwarp card and/or "Slinky" RAM expansion?

Or are they too fast and/or have a wrong pinout or wrong voltages?

It would be astounding to find a 16-pin 256Kbit DRAM with other
than the standard pinout. This was the very model of a mass market.

They should work fine for any Apple II use, which will tolerate
any 256K DRAM timing ever made.
