Thank you.  I just downloaded the former two.  I'll need to pay for
faster internet service at an internet cafe for the latter, though.

Thank you.  The Apple 2 section was useful.  I had some (*some*)
experience with C64 and PC graphics, but I didn't know about Apple 2
graphics.  I knew the nature of the Apple 2's color-bit-pairing
though.
