Found it at http://store.syndicomm.com/.  Too expensive for me right
now, but I saved a short-cut to it on my desktop.

If we're lucky we might be able to use 'Micol Advanced BASIC' for development. I am currently trying to get a reclassification from the copyright holder for the 8 bit and GS compilers. Cross your fingers and/or pray for a good outcome in this endeavor.
