Finally!

If you think you still have a pending order (especially if it's from
last year), please let me know.  There are 7 orders in my "I'm waiting
for them to answer a question about this order" queue, mostly
questions about declined credit card payments but a couple of
duplicate orders.  Everyone in that list received emails about those
orders at least once, some multiple times.  If those orders are still
in my system in a week or two, I'm going to delete them under the
assumption they're no longer needed.
