The 8bitbaby website appears to be down.

I notice the EPM3064 is through-hole.  Yet there only appear to be
PLCC and TQFP packages available.  How does one stuff this part?  Is
there a compatible socket (such as http://www.futurlec.com/Sockets/PLCCS44.shtml)?
