I haven't seen a Highway converter personally, so I can't say for sure what 
they offer.  I really haven't been on this project for quote some time now. 
Maybe there is a good solution already out there that I'm not aware of.  I 
did see this thread and will have to reread it to see what they offer 
exactly.

My idea was an external device that would except Composite, RGB (both Analog 
and Digital) and the funky IIc video outputs too.  This 'all in one' device 
would also have a Scan Doubler built in and be semi intelligent concerning 
the different video and text modes specifically for the Apple IIs.

Of course any such device is still a ways off as I have other projects I'd 
like to finish first.  Also the initial investment is going to be quite 
large and will require a bit of time testing.
