Thye Chean,

I can probably send you a few 3.5 disks for the GS. It shouldn't be
too hard to copy the Prodos 8 System disk to a 3.5 disk, which would
give you access to Basic.System and room for your son to store
programs written in Applesoft Basic with Prodos. I've also got a disk
image of the free version of GSoft and could put that on a 3.5 for
you. I could also send you copies of all the System 6.0.1 disks and
the two disks that make up Complete Pascal II. In fact you can contact
me directly at dean.phares at gmail.com to discuss in more detail what
you want.

As I said in another post the best thing you can do is to download
ADTPro, get a USB to serial cable for your Macs, then a cable to hook
the GS modem port to the serial converter for the Mac. Go to the
ADTPro page, here http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/ to get the program
and help with seeing what you need to make it all work. Another
option, for mass storage on the GS, is either the CFFA card or the
Microdrive card from Reactive Micro. With either of those options
you're adding a solid state hard drive to the GS, since they both use
CompactFlash cards.

Once again I'm happy to see that you've acquired a GS again and look
forward to seeing new programs for it from both you and your son.
