Running the following bit of code:
10 FOR LOOP=49664 TO 49664+16
20 PRINT PEEK(LOOP)
30 NEXT

Gives (in decimal, obviously):

This is from a switch-on and CTRL-RESET - there's no DOS in memory at
this point.

I've also tried the CTRL-I trick to be safe - zilch.
