I am able to transfer the data from Atari disk drive to PC thru SIO2PC

to copy data from Apple II Disk drive to PC, to create the image dsk for
Apple II emulator in what cable?
Check out http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/
It details the software and everything else you'll need to create .dsk
images of Apple II disks.
Basically you run software on the host (PC, Mac, Linux?) and software on
the client (Apple II) which creates a serial connection (there are other
means of transportation - audio and ethernet, but you'll probably want
serial) and transfers the images across and stores them as .dsk images
on the host computer. You can also transfer .dsk images (as well as
numerous other image types) from the host back to the Apple II and
recreate the physical disks.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Mike
