other options:
RGB card with RGB monitor
VGA or RGB monitor with converter box (NTSC to VGA or RGB)
TV with VIDEO input
TV with RFmodulator
TV with VCR that has video input
TV with other input box that has video input
PSONE LCD has NTSC input and will work with an apple II
