Sirius Chip Info - Issues Resovled

Hello everyone.

I've had several people over the years send me their Sirius cards for 
repair.  Seems some users would experience all kinds of issues ranging from 
memory to compatibility.  After performing much research I think I have 
found the root cause and a fix.

Seems throughout the Sirius cards production different chip sets were used. 
Some have worked better then others.  I have compiled a list of ICs that I 
believe to hold the key to a working configuration.
