I haven't but it should be simple to do so, because the schematics are
available on the net.
The Circuit could be simplified though. E.g. the address translation
logic could be replaced by one ROM.
I don't think the Z80 Card is a very  important card for the Apple][.
I'd be more interested in SSCs or Disk controllers, but I'm going to
make them on my own.
