Ah yes, of course. The II+ doesn't actually store the INVERSE and FLASH
characters in its ROM, whereas the IIe does. (I'm much more familiar
with the IIe at this level, as I didn't delve into the low level parts
extensively until 1983, after my school upgraded its computers from
Apple II+ to IIe.)
