It took me a while to remember to pull the card out of my IIe, only to find
that the RamWorks II only says "patent pending."
I found this image of a RamWorks III, which has patent 4601018 indicated on

I know Allen Baum quite well--we worked together for years at HP Labs!

I remember him speaking guardedly about this card between the time he
and his brother designed it and when the patent was applied for.  ;-)

I can certainly vouch for Allen's designs--and, of course, so can Woz,
since Allen contributed significantly to the Apple II peripheral bus
and the monitor.
