I recently bought some Apple IIc systems from some nice folks. They
have not used it for years and I'll be trying to test the systems in
the next couple of days.
One of the things that came with the stuff is the rare Chinook
external hard disk for the Apple IIc. I've tried googling for
information about it, and it seems that even if the hard drive (SCSI
type) has failed because of age, it would be easy enough to put
another SCSI drive in there. I've posted a couple of pictures in
Flickr:

It's the model CT-40c which has the DB-19 connector. My main problem
now is that we looked all over and we could not find the DB-19 cable
that connects from the back of the IIc to the unit. Googled for it
again, and got nothing. Anybody have a DB-19 cable?
Or do I dig out my soldering iron and start cutting away on the cable
of one of my extra external drives? Even macdog's cable for his Q-
drive looks like he had done it this way. Jamie, are there really no
DB-19 cables being sold out there?
