Whereas taking $200 from someone and not delivering what they ordered

I understand that you've had a lot of setbacks, personal issues, etc.
and that it is a part time operation but 6 months to dupe a couple CDs
seems a tad extreme to me.

Nothing on your site indicates that products will be delayed that long
("several weeks" isn't 6 months).  You might want to change that.
