    Mr. Shepherd, you've been a boon to the Apple II community for
many years.  But it seems that something has happened in your life
that prevents you from taking proper care of your customers.  I'm

"criminal".  If you don't change something quickly, someone may bring
your activities to the attention of the attorney general's office in

    As I review this message, I'm having second thoughts about posting
