That (and other early Muse disks) used a 13-sector format in which the
sector numbers were doubled on tracks 3-34.  (I built this one into
CiderPress to demonstrate a feature -- note the screen shot on
http://ciderpress.sourceforge.net/images/wolfenstein.htm .)
