My reasoning behind what I did goes much deeper
than anyone else realizes. Rich and I discussed
this issue and he agrees that if he is going to
sell it, the quality should be improved. Instead
of a folder filled with JPGs or GIFs, he should
take the time to PDF them. Some of what he has on
the disk are only the odd pages. The even pages
do not exist. Enough said.

Had I owned, or been able to acquire a copy, I'd
have scanned it and posted my own version.
