I presume this was for the 8-bit version? To be honest, I don't even
recall if Earl Weaver was released for the IIGS. :D
I know I have the box for Earl Weaver at home, but I forget if the
documentation is in it. I THINK I picked it up at some mom & pop
software shop some years after the game had been released.
I won't be home until late most of this week. Let me see what I have
at home though and see what I can do.
