parallel card info

see if anybpdy knows about this.

i need any infomation anyone might have about this printer card.

description:

manufactured by fourth dimension.
28 pin rom (looks like 2716) has reflective fourth dimension sticker.
parallel cable attaches to card with 16 pin dip header.
it's blue instead of the typical green and only slightly longer than it 
is tall.
revision 2.
three position jumper area labeled  jmp1 with three solder pads labeled 
a, b, and c.

i have this connecting a iie to a tandy dmp 430 dot matrix.  it works, 
but will not output
in more that 40 columns.  there are no switch settings in the printer 
that will change this.

does anyone know anything about this card, control character settings 
or jumper settings?
