I finally have my Franklin Ace 1000 working, except the keyboard.
The main problem was a 74LS368 that went bad near the ROM sockets.
I never thought that EVERY key on the keyboard would not work, so after
trying to replace some of the chips I found that I was wrong.
This is one of those keyboards with the adhesive sponge things that stick to
the bottom of the keys to make contact to the board.
I had replacements for these about 16 years ago where I worked.
Now, I don't even remember what they were called.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find replacements?
Thanks,
John
