The GS (and //c+) serial ports are called "DIN8" (and sometimes
incorrectly called MiniDIN8 on some websites), and they were the
standard serial port for almost every Macintosh prior to USB. As such,
you can google "macintosh serial cable" or "mac serial adapter" or
something and get lots of hits of vendors still selling this stuff. If
there's a Fry's near you, they still sell these cables too.
