Personally, I don't understand the why there is a question.  Casper is
an HTTP server so all it does is transfer data via HTTP.

Casper currently does not automatically create an HTML document of a
directory of files but you could always write a program that would
create that HTML document for you and run it before you want to do file
transfers using Casper.
