Maybe it is a good idea for someone to host a GS image site. I might
try it out myself (but will link this to a programming theme, like how
to load those images...)
I am still looking for an image of a blonde that is shown during the
launch of Apple IIGS on one of the Apple II magazine (not A+ nor
InCider). That's the first Apple IIGS SHR image I seen (16 colors) and
it blows me away as an Apple II user. I use to own that picture so I
know it exists.

Not a lot of the SHR pictures posted to cba2 back in the day made it onto
the ftp sites. Just a few 3200-color images which you are not interested
in.
