Rev 1 added the following (according to Jim Sather):

Color burst killer to remove color from text
Power up reset circuit
Blue and Orange Hires colors (1/2 pixel delay)
Fix to 20/24K RAM addressing.
Added 50Hz Eurapple jumpers
Color Ref and Video signals to slot 7 (needed for PAL encoder board in
Eurapple)
Single pin video connector

All Apple II motherboards except Rev 0 have the part number on them.
Look under the 6502 for 820-0001-xx (or near F1 for the later RFI
boards 820-0044-xx).
