IISG to Spare?

It looks like my IIGS has a hardware problem, somewhere. So I'm
wondering if anyone can name a source that is not Ebay, I'd prefer not
to get gouged. Preferrably a ROM3 since I just put a new battery in
mine, but if there's a place with ROM01 systems around with working
batteries (an oxymoron?), I'd appreciate the heads-up.
