Oh both Mandelbrot GS and Mandelbrot II GS will work well in Apple
IIGS - they are programmed on the real Apple IIGS 15 years ago.

Mandelbrot II GS for some reason, will crash when switching resolution
(it used to work), I track down the reason why it crashed (QDShutdown)
and released 2 hack versions for 320 mode and 640 modes - both will
have UI issues of course, so you can preview what's in the real
release.

Other Apple IIGS sample codes (Complete Pascal and GSoft BASIC), are
never tested on the real GS - I have not seen or used a real working
GS for decade.
