I have a feeling that bootstrapping would actually work, as long as
you set the baud rate to some known quantity (i.e 300 baud) and set
ADTPro server's bootstrap settings to that same rate. The soft switch
settings are a convenience to Super Serial card users so they *don't*
have to set physical switches.
So, if bootstrapping is your goal, I think it ought to work. If
running ADT or ADTPro afterwards to transfer disk images is your goal,
I don't think there's a chance of it working. Both have deep hardware
compatibility dependencies.
