I split up sample codes and commands page. For commands, now I group
them under different library (note: QuickDraw, Events, MiscTool), and
you can see them under http://virtualgs.larwe.com/Virtual_GS_Programming/GS_Programming.html

The same codes page is now in http://virtualgs.larwe.com/Virtual_GS_Programming/Fun_and_Games.html
