Or how to improve readability

I used to put titles at the top of my Applesoft routines by typing a
line number, space, REM, CTRL-J, CTRL-J, the title, CTRL-J, CTRL-J.
When listed, you get the effect of two blank lines, the title and two
blank lines so it really stands out. :-)

Early on, probably as a result of typing programs in from listings,
I decided to completely refrain from ever using control characters
in programs. The only way they appear in my programs is as CHR$(xx).
