DELETING stuff off my Hard drive,



 How to find the Ghostie Beasts in Wolf3D GS eh?
Load in the episode called "Die, Fuhrer, Die!" (starring Nick
Adams as B.J. Blaskowitch & Boris Karloff as Hitler). There
are two ways to go from here:

Easy way (lotsa cheating):

Type "Mccall" at the start of each level (no quotes, type as
fast as you can without making mistakes). This will skip you
down to the next level without having to solve each level.
You don't have to capitalize "Mccall", btw. After level 3-9,
you should get to level 3-0, where the ghosts are (wasn't that
a song?). Enjoy!

Hard way (minimal cheating):

Fight down to level 3-7 <whew>. If you decide to explore this
level a bit before heading to the Ghost level, DO NOT use the
elevator behind the twin gold-key doors, as this will take you
to level 3-8, and give you no chance to get to the Ghosts. Go
back to where you began the level (or better yet, don't leave
there). Now:

Type "appleiigs" as fast as you can. You know it worked if
you hear 2 beeps (otherwise retype it). This reveals secret
doors, making your job agonizing, instead of hellish.

1. Go through the door north of where you begin the level.
2. Kill 2 guards; go west through 2 doors (kill guard).
3. West again, then north (kill 2 guards).
4. Go through north door, all the way to the top of the room.
5. Go through topmost righthand door (ignore all the rest).
6. Go through secret door in north east corner of the room.
7. Head east, then north; there are 2 doors in east wall --
go through one (they both lead to same room).
8. Play rough w/assorted Nazis.
9. Go through secret door in south-east wall.
10. Lotsa treasure & four blueshirts; kill & loot.
11. There is no key for silver door (this was the hint).
12. Ignore silver door.
13. Go through secret door in east wall north of silver door.
14. Negotiate hellish spaghetti maze of wood panel walls;
don't give up; elevator to level 3-0 is in the western
part of the maze; beware white shirts; save game before
taking elevator.
15. Take elevator & play Pac-Man with Wolf3D rules; regale
friends with tales of glory; post the longest game
solution ever to A2 forum; get head examined.
