Yes, there is a little bit of a roundabout way to do it at first, but
once you're set up, it's easy.

Instructions for creating a data transfer image for Sweet16 on a Mac
running OS X:
1. Create/mount a disk image with Disk Utility. (I did 40MB)
2. Unmount image in OS X Finder
3. Mount image in Sweet16.
    A. GS/OS will complain that it can't understand the file system.
    B. Reformat (reinit) the volume as an HFS volume
    C. Drag image to trash
4. Mount image in OS X and copy files to it.
5. Unmount in OS X
6. Mount in Sweet16 and copy files.

Repeat steps 4-6 for further transfers.

Steps 1-3 have to be done as OS X 10.4 automatically creates a disk
image and formats it as HFS Extended (Journaled) and GS/OS doesn't
understand that. You reformat it as straight HFS in GS/OS for maximum
compatibility.

You could probably reformat it with Disk Utility under OS X, but I
prefer to do it with GS/OS in a case like this.
