I'm not aware of any more than 2 simultaneous voiced in the early
days, namely, Electric Duet.

Do you know of a 4-voice player?

Of course, with sampled sound systems based on software DACs, even
an orchestra can be reproduced, but sampled sound takes a lot of
memory, and I'm unaware of any "in the day" programs that used
more than 1-bit sampled sound.
